Dr. Sartaj Khera is a Ph.D. in Management from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, India, in association with Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater NOIDA, India. She was the recipient of the prestigious ‘Jagdish N. Sheth Best Thesis Award’ for 2016, BIMTECH, India. With over ten years of experience in academics, she has held academic positions in various institutes of repute, including a visiting faculty for a Ph.D. course work at BIMTECH, India. She has published research papers in various ABDC and SCOPUS indexed journals such as Quality Assurance in education, Journal of Indian Business Research, International Journal of Indian culture, and Business Management.



She has been conducting Faculty development programs and was the faculty resource person in the Regional Level Marketing Workshop organized by the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India in 2018. She was the ‘Best Academician of the year’, 2009-10 and won the ‘Special Service Excellence Award in Academics’, 2012 from Sri Sharada Institute of Indian Management –Research, India.
